Exto operates the website at exto.help and Chrome extensions such as Exto Hive and Exto Scout. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not collect. Paying for one Exto app does not unlock the others.
Account data: if you create an Exto account we store your name, email, and session so you can sign in and manage licenses. Payment cards are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Exto does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Exto Hive (Chrome extension): Hive is an Etsy product research tool. It runs only on Etsy pages you open. It reads listing and shop content from those pages (title, price, reviews, favorites, listing age, shop name, tags, and similar public listing fields) to show research estimates in the Hive panel. Monthly sales, revenue, views, and conversion are Hive estimates, not official Etsy sales. Hive may request additional Etsy listing or shop pages that appear in the search or listing you already opened, so the table can fill. It does not crawl the whole Etsy marketplace in the background.
Hive stores on your device, in Chrome local storage: your watchlist, daily free-analysis quota, a Hive Pro flag, optional checkout email used only to unlock Hive Pro, currency rates, and a short-lived cache of listing and shop research. The optional email is sent to exto.help only to check an active Hive Pro license. Hive reads cookies only for exto.help so it can see if you are signed in. Hive does not collect Etsy passwords, does not read your Etsy login cookies for account access, and does not sell user data.
If you uninstall an Exto extension, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox may open an optional English feedback page. We only store a reason, optional details, and an optional email if you submit that form. Closing the page sends nothing.
We do not sell user data. We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to Exto accounts, product licenses, and the research features described above. We do not use user data to determine creditworthiness or to lend money.
